Oxygen chamber sessions: what they are (and aren’t)
An hour, supervised, in a seated chamber. Here’s how a session works, why it’s different from hospital treatment, and the questions to ask first.

Oxygen chambers get talked about a lot online, often in the same breath as hospital hyperbaric medicine. They’re not the same thing, and we think that matters.
Here’s what our sessions involve, so you can decide if it’s for you.
What is an oxygen chamber?
Ours is a soft-sided, seated chamber with a round window. You sit inside for 60 minutes while the pressure changes slowly, with a trained member of staff outside the whole time. Hospital hyperbaric therapy is a specialist medical service for specific conditions. Ours is a supervised wellness session.
The benefits
Each one is marked with how sure we are. How it feels is what people tell us. Early evidence means small or mixed studies. Some evidence means there is more research behind it.
A long, quiet hour
Sixty minutes sitting still, with someone looking after you, is restful for a lot of people.
A structured routine
There’s time to settle in before you start and time to come round afterwards.
Supervised throughout
You’re never alone, and you can ask to come out at any time.
Not a medical treatment
Hospital hyperbaric therapy has established uses for specific conditions. Those uses aren’t evidence for wellness benefits, so we don’t claim faster healing, anti-ageing or better performance.
What does it feel like?
As the pressure changes, your ears may feel like they do on a plane. We’ll show you how to clear them. Once you’re settled, most people read, rest or close their eyes.
£70 for 60 minutes. A short health check before your first visit, and tea in the lounge after every one.At Reset Circuit, Newcastle-under-Lyme
